David Crane

David Crane

CEO & Founder

David founded GlobalVan Trade in 2019 following a 15-year career in international freight at DHL and Maersk. He oversees strategic direction, key client relationships, and regulatory compliance across all markets. David holds an MSc in International Trade from City, University of London.

Lara West

Lara West

Office Manager

Lara manages day-to-day office operations, HR coordination, and supplier contracts. She joined GlobalVan Trade in 2020 from a background in corporate administration within the financial services sector. Lara ensures the team runs efficiently and that client-facing processes meet the company's quality standards.

Elena Sorokina

Elena Sorokina

Head of Logistics

Elena leads the logistics and operations team, coordinating multimodal freight across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. She has over 12 years of experience in supply chain management and holds a CILT qualification. Elena joined the company in 2021 to build out its Asia-Pacific corridor.

Tariq Osman

Tariq Osman

Finance Director

Tariq oversees financial reporting, treasury management, and trade finance arrangements. He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) with prior experience at a Big Four firm advising import/export clients. Tariq joined GlobalVan Trade in 2022 to strengthen its financial governance ahead of a planned expansion.

Danny Cho

Danny Cho

IT & Systems Manager

Danny manages the company's IT infrastructure, internal systems, and data security. He has a background in network administration and enterprise software, and previously worked in IT support for a logistics technology startup. Danny is responsible for the company's shipment tracking portal and internal communications systems.

Petra Wolff

Petra Wolff

Client Relations Manager

Petra manages relationships with GlobalVan Trade's key accounts and handles new client onboarding. She brings 8 years of B2B sales and account management experience from the logistics and trade compliance sectors. Petra speaks English, German, and French, supporting the company's European client base.
